RAM’s VCR HT is a compact vertical shaping machine designed to meet every production requirement, thanks to its modular design and the ability to be configured in both length and width to optimize format and raw material utilization.

Its small size and versatile load allow it to be installed even in space-constrained environments.

Main Features of the VCR HT

During the design phase, we paid special attention to the end user. In fact, the use of this cutting machine is simple and intuitive, both in automatic and in the case of manual operations.

• The belts are placed at a natural height, facilitating and speeding up raw material preparation and unloading of cut material.

• Thanks to the variable-height top cutting head and automatic sharpening system, the machine is always able to offer the best compromise between accuracy and cutting speed.

• The software is compatible with the DXF format, and thus allows the use of pre-existing drawings.

• Through the RAM Planner, it is possible to capture or edit templates and prepare production plans by creating complex placements and precise cutting paths.
