Vacuum cutting benches for maximum efficiency

RAM’s BF EV model is a aspirated cutting table designed to meet every production need, thanks to its modular structure and the possibility of being configured, both in length and width, to optimize format and raw material utilization.

Thanks to the suction system, the fixed table cutting machine can shape multiple layers of compressible material with a single cut.

In addition, it is a machine with low operating costs with very fast setup times (thanks to the study of a dedicated user interface of the control software), automatic on-board sharpening, and very low energy consumption. Convenient and fast blade changing is one of the features that best describe the quality of the machine.

The software is compatible with DXF format and thus allows the use of pre-existing drawings and placements.

Through the RAM Planner, templates can be acquired or edited and production plans prepared through the creation of complex placings. The BF EV can be integrated with a drill press, among other options. In this way, holes already prepared by CAD can be quickly drilled, speeding up subsequent product matching or stitching operations.
